Fruit Up with Bobby Smith LLC provides Fruit Up Daily, Fruit Up Til 5 accountability, coaching, membership, and wellness-support tools. This policy explains the information handled by the Fruit Up Daily app and related support services.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information, including name, email, Member ID, membership status, role, assigned coach, and time zone.
- MAP and accountability information, including free Consistency Reset answers, steps, fruit servings, voluntarily submitted weight, daily-standard results, and progress history.
- User content, including proof screenshots, profile pictures, optional profile details, community posts and comments, private messages and related delivery or read status, support attachments, coaching notes, monthly app-experience and coach-support survey answers, optional written responses, questions voluntarily sent to the in-app guide, and ingredients or exclusions voluntarily sent to the Recipe Maker or Juice Maker.
- An optional private city, region, or postal code for Walking conditions. If you tap “Use my current location,” your device supplies one coordinate to the protected server so Google Geocoding can identify a coarse city or region. Fruit Up stores only that coarse area for Walking conditions.
- If Bobby explicitly starts Bobby's Live Route, Fruit Up collects his precise location, accuracy, direction, speed, and capture time while the route session is active. On the supported Android app, this user-started collection can continue while the app is minimized or the screen is locked, and Android displays a persistent location-sharing notification. The current point and a bounded route trail are stored privately and are available only to the authorized Bobby and Completely Cole administrator accounts. The feature does not collect Amazon customer, stop, package, delivery-sequence, or itinerary information.
- If you enable Community online status, Fruit Up stores a short-lived online/offline status and recent activity timestamp. Other authenticated members see only an “Online now” mark; it expires automatically and does not expose an activity history.
- Scheduling and participation information, including coach-created calendar events, meeting or replay attendance, reminders, learning progress, challenge participation, and a monthly survey participation receipt used to prevent duplicate submissions.
- Technical information needed for operation and security, including app version, browser and device type, authentication identifiers, session state, app-authenticity or device-integrity results, push-notification device identifiers, notification preferences and delivery status, error or crash details, performance measurements, and timestamps.
Optional birthday information: You may save a private birthdate in Profile. A separate birthday-celebration setting is off by default. If you turn it on, authenticated members may see your first name and last initial in the Fruit Up Pulse on your birthday. Fruit Up does not show your birthdate, birth year, or age in the ticker or Community profile, and does not use the setting to infer or advertise your age.
Optional Community profile details: Opening your Community profile is controlled by a master switch in Profile. Within that switch, you separately choose whether authenticated Fruit Up members may see your About, city or region, current focus, favorite fruits, motto, preferred encouragement style, up to three achievements you deliberately pinned, public challenges you joined with display-name sharing enabled, your published Community posts, and any of five server-verified lifetime progress totals: best Standard streak, MAP days, Master Your Day attendance, verified steps, or fruit servings. Separate off-by-default choices control whether comments you made and posts or comments you liked appear on your personal page. Activity is paginated and includes only Community content the viewer is already allowed to access. You may review your own activity without sharing it; turning profile activity sharing off does not remove the original post, comment or reaction from its conversation. Emoji skin-tone choices are selected by you and stored on this browser for your account; Fruit Up does not infer your skin tone. Every detail and progress total is off unless you enable it, and you can preview the member-visible result before saving. Fruit Up does not place your email, Member ID, membership tier, MAP answers or proof, weight, private daily records, work or MAP schedule, accountability score, coaching information, health information, private messages, or private notes in the Community profile.
Optional accountability popups: A separate profile setting is off by default. If you turn it on, authenticated Fruit Up members may briefly see your first name and last initial after you submit a MAP, check in to Master Your Day live, or complete the attendance requirement for a Master Your Day replay. The popup never includes MAP answers, proof, email, Member ID, private session details, health information, or other private content. Your own activity is not shown back to you as a social-proof popup. A separate setting stored on each device lets you stop seeing these display-only updates without changing whether your opted-in activity may appear to other members.
Master Your Day questions, Attendance Board, and Member Spotlight: A question you submit from the Master Your Day tab is private to you and authorized Fruit Up administrators so Bobby can review it before the show; it is not posted to Community, the Attendance Board, or Member Spotlight. Your eligible signed-in live app check-in counts as attendance immediately without a separate verification step. Replay attendance remains separate and requires at least 5 minutes of eligible replay watching. The Attendance Board recognition setting is off by default. If you enable it, authenticated members may see only your first name and last initial after your live check-in or replay credit; attendance still counts privately when recognition is off. Member Spotlight has a separate off-by-default choice. If you enable it, an administrator may select you for a Monday or Friday session and show authenticated members only your opted-in Community profile photo, first name and last initial, and a short administrator-written recognition note; Bobby may invite you to share for up to 90 seconds. Turning Spotlight off removes you from future spotlights. Neither feature shows your email, exact watch time, questions, attendance history, MAP information, health information, coaching information, or private profile fields. The live ticker uses the separate accountability-popup choice and shows only recent consented check-ins or replay credits.
Coach podcast questions and Attendance Boards: A question you deliberately submit for a Coach K or Love Posse episode is stored in a private episode inbox available only to the verified episode host and authorized Fruit Up administrators. You choose whether the host may use your first name, discuss the question anonymously, or keep it for private follow-up; the question is never posted to Community or the Attendance Board. A coach-meeting Attendance Board uses a separate off-by-default recognition choice and counts only a verified in-app Join action. If you opt in, authenticated members may see only your first name and last initial for that meeting. Attendance still counts privately when recognition is off. These podcast features never place your MAP answers, health information, accountability details, contact information, private messages, or precise schedule on the board or in an announcement.
How we use information
We use information to verify membership, provide app and coaching services, process submissions, show progress, provide optional member-local Walking conditions, celebrate opted-in member birthdays, answer in-app guide questions, respond to support, improve the app and member coaching experience, protect accounts, improve reliability, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.
Optional product analytics
If you turn on “Help improve Fruit Up Daily,” the app may send a small set of completion milestones to Google Analytics for Firebase, such as account creation, completed onboarding, a first accepted Morning or Evening MAP, a first accepted step proof, a first published Community post, a first recorded Master Your Day join, day-seven return, subscription start or cancellation, and whether The Standard was completed. Fruit Up does not send MAP answers, step or fruit totals, names, emails, messages, health details, Member IDs, private notes, uploaded content, or precise location to Analytics. Analytics is off until you choose it, and you can turn it off again from Profile. Turning it off stops future collection on that device.
Service providers and sharing
Depending on the app version and feature used, information may be processed with Google Workspace services such as Apps Script, Sheets, Drive, and email; Google services such as Firebase Authentication, Hosting, Cloud Functions, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Geocoding, Places, Weather, and Air Quality; OpenAI for protected server-routed AI assistance; Mapbox for the private Bobby's Live Route street map; Resend for transactional email delivery; and Zoom for meeting, attendance, recording, replay, or summary features. A Walking conditions or Fruit Finder location is sent to Google from a protected server connection only after you enable that feature. During an explicitly started Live Route session, precise route coordinates are stored in protected Firebase services and shown only to the two authorized administrator accounts. Mapbox receives the ordinary device, network, and requested map-area information needed to draw the street map while that screen is open; Fruit Up does not send Amazon customer, package, or stop information to Mapbox. Questions sent to the Fruit Up Guide are processed through a protected server connection together with only the approved information needed to answer the request. Eligible AI requests are sent to OpenAI through a protected server connection with application-state storage disabled for the request; OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days under its standard commercial API terms, unless a different approved retention control applies. Provider credentials remain server-side, and the app does not send another member's private data as guide context. Resend may process an email address and delivery metadata when Fruit Up sends a transactional notice. Information is available to authorized Fruit Up Til 5 team members and service providers that operate the service. We do not sell personal information or use member wellness data for third-party advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect members or the service.
Sunday weekly performance email: If this email is enabled for your account, Fruit Up sends Resend your member email address and only the private weekly aggregates needed to deliver your review: MAP count, verified steps, fruit servings reported, Standard and challenge protocol days, pending-verification count, Weekly Intentions status, count-only technical-issue statuses, and count-only Master Your Day attendance, Daily Action, and training completion when those records are available. The email does not send Resend your MAP answers, proof or proof images, support request text or screenshots, or a health conclusion. Resend processes these details solely to deliver the email to you. You may turn the weekly performance email off in Smart Notifications.
August 1–9 BETA progress report: Fruit Up may send an eligible member one private, one-time BETA progress email covering records dated August 1 through August 9, 2026. For this delivery, Resend processes the member email address and only the report's aggregate MAP count and breakdown, verified steps, fruit servings reported, Standard and challenge protocol days, pending-verification count, count-only technical-issue statuses, and count-only Master Your Day attendance and Daily Actions when trusted records are available. The report clearly explains that beta totals may not be exact and may change after pending verification, late records, technical issues, or approved corrections. It does not include a member name in the email body, MAP answers, proof or proof images, support request text or screenshots, weight, coach notes, private messages, or a health conclusion. The same weekly-performance email choice and global reminder setting are honored for this one-time report.
August 2026 monthly member report: Fruit Up may send each currently eligible member one private report covering saved Fruit Up Daily activity from August 1 through August 31, 2026. The report contains completion history and privacy-minimized totals for MAPs, fruit servings, verified steps, Standard and challenge-protocol days, pending-verification status, count-only technical-support activity, and count-only Master Your Day attendance and Daily Actions when trusted records are available. It does not include raw MAP answers or reflections, weight, proof photos or paths, support messages or screenshots, private messages, health information, coach notes, or precise schedules. Delivery is one member per email, honors the weekly-performance email choice and global reminder setting, and rechecks current account and verified-email eligibility immediately before sending.
Member Relations Operations: Fruit Up may create private, server-owned operational work items so authorized administrators and an assigned coach can see which existing support, follow-up, app-reliability, email-delivery, invitation-aging, support-aging, training-completion, or approved aggregate accountability exception needs attention. These work items contain a safe reason, priority, status, owner, source reference, timing, and route; they do not copy support messages, MAP answers, coach notes, proof, screenshots, private conversations, invitation email addresses, or health or emotional details. A support-aging route opens the exact protected support reference; an invitation-aging route opens the Admin Members pending-invitation tools rather than one exact invitation; and a training-completion route opens only the member timeline authorized for that administrator or currently assigned verified coach. Coaches can see only work assigned to their verified account, presented as a five-case priority working set at a time; resolving work may reveal another assigned item. When its separate default-off gate is enabled after guarded review, Fruit Up may send authorized staff an exception-only email containing safe aggregate reason, status, and priority counts. That brief is bound to the exact completed run attempt and recipient manifest and contains no member identity or message text. Phase Two does not use Claude, Sonnet, or another AI provider to classify or assign these items and does not send a new member message or change MAP, step, streak, proof, membership, role, billing, deletion, training, or recognition records. Derived run and case records have 45-day expiration markers and are removed in bounded cleanup batches, including cleanup that may continue while new Member Relations work is turned off. Terminal staff-email processing removes recipient, body, staff UID, and recipient-hash fields.
Coach Roster Assistant: An authorized administrator may ask Fruit Up to build a deterministic, read-only roster proposal from active members, verified coaches, and existing coach assignments. The server retains one protected authorization marker with aggregate counts and one-way digests; it contains no member-to-coach map, and its Apply authority expires after 30 minutes even though the singleton marker remains until a later proposal overwrites it. The Admin screen receives only the minimum live review view: aggregate counts, coach names and current or proposed totals, member names, proposed coach names, and a safe reason for each proposed move. It does not include email addresses, MAP answers, proof, support text, private messages, coach notes, health details, or an AI-generated judgment, and Fruit Up does not send this information to Claude, Sonnet, or another AI provider. Building or refreshing a proposal never assigns a member. Assignment changes occur only after an authorized administrator reviews the complete proposal and explicitly confirms Apply. Fruit Up then records an audit entry for the administrator, proposal revision, time, and before-and-after assignment so roster access changes can be investigated and reversed by a later authorized change.
Assigned-coach accountability email: When the separate guarded server control is enabled, Fruit Up may email your currently assigned, active, email-verified coach after you explicitly use the Midday MAP coaching-support request, receive a finalized Standard-not-met result, or miss an expected MAP after its applicable deadline in your saved time zone. An ordinary member-to-coach private message keeps its existing immediate in-app or push behavior and does not create this new email. The accountability email may include your name, the local date, and a generic label such as coaching support requested, Standard not met, or Morning/Midday/Evening/Weekend MAP missed, plus a secure Coach Command Center link. It does not include your request text, MAP answers, proof or screenshots, coach notes, private messages, health or emotional details, or an AI interpretation. Fruit Up rechecks the current coach assignment, account status, email, preference, activity period, and source before delivery; changed or corrected records cancel stale notices. Deterministic delivery identities prevent duplicate notices for the same signal. Resend processes the verified coach address and generic email only to deliver it. Terminal processing removes the address, body, names, member/coach identifiers, recipient hashes, and source identity, while privacy-minimized delivery evidence and aggregate run counts carry a maximum 30-day expiration marker. This workflow does not use Claude, Sonnet, Zapier, or another AI provider.
Master Your Day music: Spotify may provide the song title, artist, temporary cover-art link, and playlist link from the Bobby or Cole account assigned to host that session. Each person authorizes a separate Spotify account; Fruit Up does not receive or store either password. Captured songs are saved to the official Fruit Up playlist owned through Bobby's connection. Spotify audio is not copied, stored, or rebroadcast by Fruit Up. A member may deliberately start the official Spotify player inside the Fruit Up Radio dock or open the playlist in Spotify; Spotify then processes the ordinary device, network, account, and playback information needed to provide its player under Spotify's own terms and account rules.
Embedded Master Your Day meeting: when this optional room is enabled, a signed-in member may deliberately tap Join to check in and open Zoom's Meeting SDK inside a dedicated Fruit Up page. Fruit Up sends Zoom only the meeting access details, short-lived server-generated signature, and display name needed to join. The signature and meeting passcode are kept in page memory only, are not placed in the page address or saved to browser storage, and are cleared after the join attempt. Zoom then processes the ordinary device, network, microphone, camera, chat, and meeting information needed to provide the meeting under Zoom's terms. Microphone and camera access remain subject to your browser controls. The original protected Open in Zoom link remains available as a recovery option.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for membership, coaching, support, security, disputes, and legal or financial recordkeeping. When deletion is completed, associated information is deleted or de-identified unless retention is legally required. Monthly survey answers and the separate participation receipts used to enforce one submission per month are retained for 24 months, then removed automatically. Your private Walking conditions area is retained until you replace it, turn the feature off, or delete your account. Bobby's Live Route coordinates and route trail are cleared immediately and its route-only session is revoked when Bobby taps Stop. An active session expires after a maximum of 12 hours, and the next cleanup check, which runs every 30 minutes, revokes the route-only session and clears its coordinates. The stopped record may retain non-location operational timestamps and an ended reason for security and reliability. Current and hourly weather results are cached only temporarily and expire in less than one hour. Community online status expires within minutes after the app is no longer active. Accountability-popup events are shown only while recent, expire after 24 hours, and are removed by the next hourly cleanup. Master Your Day Spotify metadata and playlist links are normally removed from Fruit Up after 30 days; the latest completed published episode is retained until a newer episode completes, and Spotify metadata is removed when Spotify is disconnected.
While you complete a MAP, the app may keep an unfinished draft and a selected proof image on that device for up to eight days so closing or refreshing the app does not erase your work. Drafts are separated by signed-in account, removed after a safe submission handoff, and cleared from that device when you explicitly sign out. Use “Discard saved draft” on the MAP if you are using a shared device.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion, including if you only created an account for the free 3-Day Fruit Up Consistency Reset. Each monthly experience survey may be submitted with your identity or anonymously. When anonymous is selected, the answer record does not include your name, email, Member ID, UID, or exact submission time. Fruit Up separately keeps a private participation receipt that records only that your account submitted for that month, which prevents a second response; infrastructure processing records and details you type yourself may still make a response recognizable. Optional monthly survey push reminders must be selected in Smart notifications; the Today reminder and in-app notification remain available without push. Optional product analytics is controlled separately on each device and may be turned off from Profile. Walking conditions is optional and may use either a typed area or one-time device location; it can be disabled without changing the city or region you chose to share on a Community profile. Outside an explicitly started Bobby's Live Route session, the app does not continuously track or store precise GPS. Community online status is separately optional and can be turned off from Profile. Optional routine suggestions may remember only selected stable routine answers after a submitted MAP; they stay editable, never submit automatically, and may be disabled or cleared from Profile. Fruit Up does not use this feature to prefill weight, mood, fasting, challenge selections, daily totals, reflections, or private messages. A privacy-protected copy with hidden photo details removed is shown to other members in the private community only after you enable that profile setting; you may turn it off again from Profile. Your About, MAPS, email, membership details, location, progress, and private coaching information are not added to community posts by that setting. When you choose to join a Fruit Up challenge and accept its agreement, your approved first name and last initial, challenge participation, and verified challenge progress may appear to authenticated members on the Challenge Board until you leave that challenge. If you opt into the Weekly Step Challenge through Weekly Intentions, authenticated members may see your approved display name, weekly aggregate, daily proof-completion marks, and your privacy-protected Community avatar only when Community photo sharing is currently enabled; proof images, daily private totals, MAP answers, and health information are not shown. The Movement Your Way lane records consistency without collecting a diagnosis or reason. Consistency Reset answers are private and are not placed on the Challenge Board. Initiate deletion inside the app or through the public deletion form.
Daily Standard Accountability Board: This private member board is separately optional and off by default. If you turn it on, authenticated members may see only your approved first name and last initial, an optional privacy-protected Community avatar, and the server-verified status Met the Standard, Did not meet or complete, or Still open. Today remains a live view and yesterday is shown as final. MAP answers, proof, step or fruit totals, reasons, schedule, email, Member ID, and private coaching information are never included.
Local weather in the ticker: When Walking conditions is enabled, the signed-in ticker may show that member the current temperature and conditions for their own saved coarse area. Fruit Up does not show one member's weather area to another member and does not guess a location when the preference is disabled.
Bobby's Live Route: Location sharing is optional and remains off until Bobby deliberately starts a session. Completely Cole has view-only access. In the supported Android app installed through Google Play, a visible location foreground service can continue sharing when Fruit Up is minimized or the screen is locked. Android keeps a persistent route-sharing notification visible, including a Stop action, while that service is active. Fruit Up asks for location when Bobby starts the feature and does not request Android's all-the-time background-location permission (ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION). Bobby can stop at any time; Stop clears the route coordinates and revokes the route-only session. Any unclosed session expires after at most 12 hours. In a web browser or unsupported app version, operating-system and browser restrictions may pause updates when Fruit Up is not visible.
Health and wellness information
Daily MAPS is a wellness and accountability service, not a medical provider or emergency service. Walking conditions interprets a forecast and does not guarantee that a route or activity is safe. Check local alerts and actual route conditions, and use your judgment and qualified professional guidance where appropriate. Do not submit information you do not want included in your coaching record.
Optional voice, camera, and photo input
On supported browsers, you may use Speak My MAP to turn your speech into written MAP text or a written private support message, a Master Your Day question, or a Master Your Day commitment. Fruit Up does not record or store the audio. Your browser or device provider may process speech to create the transcript. Only the words placed into the field are saved when you deliberately submit, send, or carry them into an existing MAP draft. Voice input never submits a MAP automatically and is optional; you can always type or use your device keyboard microphone instead. Camera and photo access is also optional and is opened only after you choose to take or select an image for a supported upload such as a profile photo, Community photo, or step proof.
Fruit Up Guide, Recipe Maker, and Juice Maker
The in-app guide, generated recipes, and generated serving previews may make mistakes. Do not use them for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, allergy assurance, or individualized medical advice. Avoid entering sensitive personal information that is not needed for the request. Recipe and juice prompts, generated recipes, and temporary serving previews are processed through a protected server connection and are not saved to your member record by either maker. Verify ingredient labels, allergy and cross-contact risks, medication interactions such as grapefruit warnings, storage, and food safety. Use Legal and Support for an account-specific issue.
Security
We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for information in transit, authenticated access, restricted data stores, server-side provider credentials, and service-provider safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately.
